Board Actions

The board of education on Oct. 11:

  • Reviewed and accepted an evaluation of the district’s gifted program; read the report or view the presentation;
  • Reviewed and accepted an evaluation of the district’s students in transition program; read the report or view the presentation;
  • Approved paying $833,517.16 for regular bills;
  • Approved, subject to audit, the financial statements for September 2022;
  • Approved paying $328,069.56, for purchases made on Pattonville’s purchasing cards, which earned the district a rebate of 1% (or $3,280.70);
  • Approved, in compliance with Missouri State Board of Education procedures, the October 2022 transportation route miles for the 2022-2023 school year;
  • Approved a contract between the Pattonville School District and Special School District for substitute personnel services for the 2022-2023 school year;
  • Adopt the System Design Zone Resolution;
  • Lodged for action adoption of policies EHB and EHBC, revisions to policies IL and JFCH and the rescission of policies EHD-R-1, JFCH-R and JFCH.JFCI.R E1, E2, E3, E4, E5, E6, and E7; a vote is expected during the Nov. 8 board meeting;
  • Approved the Red Ribbon Week Proclamation declaring the week of Oct. 24 through 28 as Red Ribbon Week in Pattonville;
  • Approved the renewal agreement for a work order system with Brightly (formerly Dude Solutions) for $10,741.96;
  • Approved the purchase of 178 Ergo stools from ErgoErgo for $15,908.41;
  • Approved the contract with McClure Engineering for professional engineering services for a boiler replacement at Drummond Elementary School for $18,850; and
  • Awarded the bid for white boards and bulletin boards to Golterman & Sabo (G&S) Architectural Products for $45,254.74.
