The Pattonville Board of Education on March 12 approved the selection of Joshua Roberts as an assistant principal at Holman Middle School, effective July 1.

Roberts is currently the dean of students at West Middle School in the Hazelwood School District. Prior to that, he worked as a social studies teacher at West and at East Middle School.  During his time at West, Roberts also served as the middle school activities director. He started his teaching career as a high school social studies teacher in the Lincoln County School District. 

Roberts has a bachelor’s degree in education and master’s degree in secondary administration, both from Lindenwood University.

Roberts will fill the position being vacated by assistant principal Dr. Greg Schnatmeier, who is retiring at the end of the school year.
