Top 10 Seniors class of 2021

These ten seniors have achieved incredible academic success: after seven semesters of high school, their grade point averages range between 4.5 and 4.75.  I am so proud to honor them today and present them with shirts from their prospective universities. 

Here are your top ten seniors in the class of 2021:

Ranked 10th in the senior class and planning to major in Math Education, this senior earned the Morris Scholars Scholarship and is heading to the University of Minnesota-Morris. Please congratulate Abby Hachmeister.

Ranked 9th, this senior earned the top level of the Copper Dome Scholarship and will earn her Bachelor of Arts degree at Southeast Missouri State University in Cape Girardeau. Congratulations, Eliana Johnson.

Ranked 8th in the class of 2021, this senior plans to major in Pre-Med and earned the Curator’s Scholar Award. She will be attending UMKC in Kansas City, Missouri. Please congratulate Brianna Voss.

Our 7th ranked senior plans to study English, Neuroscience, and Piano Performance at Wellesley College in Wellesley, Massachusetts.  She earned both the Wellesley Grant as well as the POPS Scholarship. Congratulations, Maya Blumenthal.


Ranked 6th in the class of 2021, this senior plans to major in Mechanical Engineering. She earned both National Merit and Bright Flight Scholarships. Attending the Honors College at Mizzou, please congratulate Jordyn Lodes.

Our 5th ranked senior plans to major in Computer Science and will attend the University of Colorado-Boulder. Congratulations, Grace Ohlsen.        

Ranked 4th in the senior class, this senior earned the C.P. Davis Scholarship and will major in Computer Science at Columbia University in New York City. Congratulations, Tajh Martin.

Ranked 3rd in the class of 2021, this senior plans to major in Biomedical Engineering and minor in Spanish. She earned the Reginaldo Howard Scholarship and will travel to Durham, North Carolina, to attend Duke University. Please congratulate Mya Harris.

Our 2nd ranked senior will major in Math Education at Truman State University in Kirksville, Missouri.   Congratulations, Lily Holland.

And our #1 ranked senior earned a Presidential Scholarship and plans to major in Political Science. She will attend Rhodes College in Memphis, Tennessee. Congratulations, Bell Tucci!
