Science Club will meet this today after school in F216.  Come help test creek water, make magnetic slime, and look at the properties of water surface tension.  See Mrs Byrne in F216 with questions.

El Club de Ciencias se reunirá hoy después de clases en F216. Venga y ayude a probar el agua de los arroyos, haga limo magnético y observe las propiedades de la tensión superficial del agua.

Track season workouts will start November 9th at 2:30 PM with Coach Brinser. Weekly workout will be on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 2:30pm to 4pm. If you have any questions please see Coach Lewis or Tate.

 Los entrenamientos de la temporada de pista comenzarán el 9 de noviembre a las 2:30 PM con el entrenador Brinser. El entrenamiento semanal será los martes, miércoles y jueves de 2:30 pm a 4:00 pm. Si tiene alguna pregunta, consulte al entrenador Lewis o Tate.

Rho Kappa will meet in room D211 afterschool on Tuesday November 9th.

The Pattonville Board of Education on Nov. 2 voted to select Dr. Barry Nelson as the next superintendent of the Pattonville School District, effective upon the retirement of Dr. Tim Pecoraro, the district’s current superintendent.

College Field Trip for juniors and seniors to visit Missouri Univ of Science & Technology & State Technical College on Nov 16. Pick up a permission form in the College & Career Center.

Attention AP Students.  AP exam registration and payments are due today at 2:30p.  If you plan to take an AP test, please take care of registration and payment ASAP.  If you have questions please see your AP teacher.  

11th & 12th grade A+ students--if you need to take the Algebra 1 EOC for the A+ program, come to the A+ office this week to sign up. The EOC is in early December. Re-takes are not allowed in May.

Pattonville High School junior Tara Wang has been announced as a semifinalist in the “I Voted” sticker contest hosted by the St. Louis County Board of Elections in partnership with the St. Louis County Library. 

Wang’s artwork was chosen as one of the top three designs in the 9th-12th grade category by the judging panel meaning the artwork will move on to the public voting on Nov. 5. 

She completed her design as part of an optional assignment in Kelli Dornfeld’s Graphic Design 1 class.
