On Nov. 15, the Pattonville community came together for the second district Comprehensive School Improvement Plan (CSIP) meeting. The meeting began with district updates. Administrators shared changes to the proposed district CSIP plan following feedback from the first meeting on Sept. 20. In addition, an update on Prop S bond work was shared and suggestions from the September meeting regarding ESSER fund spending for the 2023-2024 school year were discussed.

Planning is underway for Prop S, Pattonville’s $111 million no-tax-rate-increase bond issue, and construction on some projects is expected to begin at the end of this school year. Prop S passed with a 79.4% favorable vote on the April 5 election ballot and funds projects at every school in Pattonville, including adding classrooms to address growth in student enrollment; providing safety and maintenance improvements; and updating school facilities to meet teaching and learning needs. Prop S will not increase the district's tax rate.

Community Service Opportunities 

-The City of St. Ann needs volunteers for the 4th Annual Winterfest, Sat. Dec 3, at Tiemeyer Park. Volunteers can hang Christmas lights in the morning, 9am-1pm, or help with the event, 5pm-9pm. Stop by the CSO E200 to sign up! 

 

-The City of Bridgeton needs volunteers for Breakfast with Santa, Sat. Dec. 3, 8:30am-11:30am.  For info or to sign up, contact Cassie Callahan  This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.  Duties will include help with set up, serving breakfast, event check in, Santa line control, clean up!
