Today is the last day to buy a prom ticket. Tickets are $70 and are sold in the commons. Guest forms are no longer available but can still be turned in today.

 Ticket distribution will be May 3rd during all lunches in the commons

 

Prom week is next week! Show your spirit by dressing up  Monday 4/29 - Board Game Day, Tuesday 4/30- Summer vs Winter, Wednesday 5/1- Fav Fairytale Character Day, Thursday 5/2- Pajama Day, Friday 5/3- Mis Match Day

Color Guard Tryouts will start on Monday , April 29th at 6pm in the commons.  All students are welcome to tryout. We are looking for 30-40 students to join us and the Pride of Pattonville Marching Band for their upcoming competition season. No experience is necessary. You will be taught all the skills you need to succeed. Please wear comfortable clothes- No jeans. 

 

Congratulations to the boys volleyball teams on their program sweep over Hazelwood West yesterday!  The teams won without dropping a set!  The next game is TONIGHT against Parkway Central. The theme is Pink Out!  Come out and support your Pirates!

 

Pattonville ranked on U.S. News and World Report's Best High Schools list

Congratulations graphic on school honorPattonville High School is ranked among the top high schools in Missouri and the nation on U.S. News and World Report’s 2024 Best High Schools list. Pattonville ranked as No. 40 out of 618 high schools in Missouri, placing it in the Top 6% of high schools in the state. Nationally, Pattonville ranked 3,711 out of 17,655 schools, putting it in the top 21%.

This is the 11th time Pattonville earned a spot on U.S. News’ Best High Schools list in the last 12 years. The U.S. News Best High Schools rankings include data on nearly 25,000 public high schools in 50 states and the District of Columbia. Nearly 18,000 schools were ranked on six factors based on their performance on state assessments, how well they prepare students for college and graduation rate. 105 students selected by staff as Pattonville High School MVPs

Staff members at Pattonville High School presented their MVP (Most Valuable Pirate) Awards to 105 students in grades nine through 12. Each staff member selected one outstanding student to receive an MVP medallion award during a special awards ceremony at the school on April 25. 

High school teachers and support staff annually select a student to honor for Most Valuable Pirate. Any student is eligible for nomination, regardless of the reason. There's no strict criteria — they can be selected based on academic excellence, overcoming obstacles, worth ethic, personality, character, extracurricular participation, and more. 

Four students were selected as an MVP for the third time. Seventeen students were second time recipients and 84 were first-time recipients.

Prom Tickets will be on sale this week at $70 per person. Tickets will be sold in the commons during all lunches. Students must have 90% attendance in order to attend. If they have any issues with attendance they must speak to their assigned principal. Guest Permissions forms will be available in the activities office or at ticket sales during lunches till April 24th.

Today April 24th is the last day the guest forms will be available!

 

Esports is having an interest meeting for next school year in the commons during homeroom on Thursday, April 25th. If you cannot make it please talk to Mr. Clark in H205 or Mrs. Cross in H215 or send them an email.

Congratulations to the boys varsity volleyball team on their thrilling reverse sweep over Rockwood Summit last night!  Our next home game is Thursday against Hazelwood West and the theme is Neon.  JV plays at 4:15 and Varsity at 5:15 pm.  We hope to see you there!  Go Pirates!
