On June 14, the Pattonville Board of Education approved the hiring of three people for administrative positions in the district. They will begin their new roles in the 2022-2023 school year.
Each month during the school year, the Pattonville Board of Education honors students, staff and volunteers who have gained recognition outside of the district. Students and staff from almost all of Pattonville's schools and the district transportation department were recognized in June.

Andrea Glenn, director of the Pattonville Board of Education, announced she is resigning from the school board, effective June 15, due to a relocation to Kansas. The board of education will begin accepting applications later this month from individuals interested in filling her position and remaining term.
The Pattonville Board of Education on June 14 approved a $105 million operating budget for the 2022-2023 school year. The district will likely have a net deficit of about $1.6 million, which is common in non-reassessment years. However, the deficit is largely due to lower commercial property assessments during the last county wide property assessment.
Congratulations to Pattonville High School culinary arts senior Kadie Murphy for successfully completing the standards set forth for the ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification Examination, which is accredited by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI)-Conference for Food Protection (CFP). Her certification expires in 2027.
In addition, 29 students in Mary Favazza’s Introduction to Culinary Arts class at Pattonville High School earned their ServSafe Food Handler Certificate this semester. ServSafe is a food and beverage safety training and certificate program administered by the National Restaurant Association. Each student is now certified until 2025.
